HQ Course Closed with Great Success

Thank you very much for your support and selfless dedication to HQ Course. All 55 people listed attended the course and the course closed with great joy. I received many positive feedback from attendants and hope to see you soon. Let's move forward together from this moment on.

Have you received information pack from Taplow Court with your receipt?
Please bring small gift with you. If you are buying something for your gift please spend no more than £2.
Registration starts from 3pm.
Supper starts from 6pm and if you are arriving after 6.30pm please let us know as we save it for you.
Opening ceremony with evening Gongyo is at 7.30pm with Ricky Baynes.
Kosenrufu Fund (offering) is encouraged and please bring cash or cheque.
You might like to think about suitable clothes for cleaning.

For Batik Experiments

"If anyone who is planning to have a go at batik has any bits (can be only 12 inches square) of used washed pure white cotton sheets that they aren't using anymore, please can they bring along to the course, as they are very good for experimenting on!

Application and Transport

Hi Lovely Buddhas
The application forms for our HQ Course are now with all the District Leaders and the deadline for receipt is April 22th. I have included a transport form so that people with cars and people requiring a lift can be teamed up. Avi Magal is the transport co-ordinator and I will be passing all transport info to him.

Accommodation Requests

Good Morning; it is Thursday 11th of March and our HQ course is drawing ever nearer. I now have the Room allocation document for Taplow Court; if anyone has a preference to who they would like to share a room with or a disability of any kind that may need to be taken into account or indeed any problem about accommodation please let me know within the next two weeks and I will try my very best to make your weekend stay at Taplow a peaceful and happy one. Maximum attendants number 56 beds and 33 day visitors

Cost:

£60 for residential (6 meals Friday supper to Sunday lunch)

£11.50 for a day (no meal included)
